Important Store Notice
We put our best efforts into quality checking and carefully handing over every product. In case of any issue, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in good condition, and returned with the original tag intact.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase is completed.
02Silver Jewellery Buyback Policy
Only silver jewellery purchased from Mira Jewels will be accepted for buyback. Valuation is calculated carefully at store discretion.
Valuation Criteria
Valuation will be based strictly and solely on:
- Net silver weight
- Silver rate applicable on the date of valuation
Exclusions
The following will not be considered or calculated towards the valuation amount:
- Stones, pearls, beads, threads, and other accessories
- Making/workmanship charges
- Coating charges
- Taxes & GST paid at the time of purchase
Product verification and final valuation will be entirely at store discretion. Invoices must be preserved for buyback service or valuation purposes.
03No Cash Refunds
Refund Restriction
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
The buyback or exchange valuation amount will be issued as store credit, which can be adjusted against any future purchase in the store. Customers may pay the balance amount if purchasing a higher-value product.
