Nisha Shettar, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brought a strong business mindset along with a passion for building something meaningful. Together, they believed they could create a brand that was different from anything people had experienced before.
Before starting Mira, they travelled to different cities, explored markets, met manufacturers, understood changing trends, and most importantly, listened to people. During this journey, they noticed one common thing—many people simply didn't know how beautiful, versatile, and valuable silver jewellery could be. They were also surprised to see that concepts like 22KT gold-coated silver jewellery were still unfamiliar to many, despite offering the perfect balance of luxury and affordability.
Their goal wasn't just to open another jewellery store.
